Language Translation FAQ

We can normally translate up to 3 pages and have it ready the next day.   Select languages and special formatting may require additional time.  You can request an estimate though chat or by using the quote form.

We can translate almost all document types and most languages.  If you have specific requests, you can contact us by email, phone or our convenient chat feature and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

All of our translators have passed our certification process and have at least 5 years of translation experience.  All documents are proofread before you receive the final product.

All translations are completed by human translators.  We do not offer machine translation services.

It’s fast and simple!  You  can upload your documents through the quote page on the website, by email or by using our convenient chat feature.  You will receive a quote normally in just a few minutes.  Once approved, we will email you an invoice to complete your order.  We will then email or mail the translated documents to you.

We leverage PayPal services for all online payment transactions. Your credit card number is never stored with us. All payment information is handled by PayPal payment processing system.

We will never share your files or personal information with anyone outside of our company. All documents are transmitted through our website using SSL encryption, which provides the highest level of online security.

Our standard price is $23 per page with a maximum of 250 words for Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian and Italian.  The price does not include formatting on select documents.  For any other language you can request a quote and we will be happy to assist you.

You can fill out the quote form or email the documents directly to us.  We accept almost all file types and even a picture from your cell phone.    Once you receive the quote,  we will email you an invoice that you can pay by credit card or PayPal.  It’s fast and simple!

Orders must be cancelled within the same day. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent any charges.

You will receive a receipt by email once the payment is placed.  If you do not receive one, please feel free to contact us and we will provide one.

A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a signed statement attesting that the translation is accurate and complete to the best of the translator’s knowledge and ability. Any translator or translation company may “certify” a translation. –  American Translators Association

If you would like an edit to your translation you can email the change directly to us and we will adjust it.  We do not charge for editing.

Certified translations are normally needed for legal proceedings, immigration and universities.

USCIS stands for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services –  the government agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States.

We charge $15 for priority mailing with tracking number.

We charge $28 for notary which also includes priority mailing of the original documents.
